Exchange Procedure

You can submit an exchange request by sending an email to team@mysabella.com or calling +90 530 068 6377
After receiving your exchange request, we will send you an email with necessary instructions and information on how the exchange process works.
You should return the items intended for exchange in their original packaging, complete and unused.


Exchange Conditions (if applicable)

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of product delivery.The cost of shipping and the customs expenses that may occur in accordance with Turkish laws for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange process is subject to availability in our inventory. Please contact us to confirm the availability of the new product.
Please note: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be exchanged. These products involve special design processes and personal touches, making them unsuitable for exchange.
